24 Purpose built units of block and wood construction, for 1, 2, or 3 cats sharing.
Full central heating, heat lamps or pads are also available.
Heat reflecting bedding provided, bring own if preferred.
Removable window panels for ventilation (weather permitting).
Short or long stays welcome.
Collection service on request.
Medication given. (Tablets eye drops etc.)
Specialist diets catered for. Owners are requested to provide prescription foods.
Injections and Diabetic care given.
Grooming where required.
All accommodation is indoor penthouse style units with raised bed area made of wood. All floor surfaces are tiled and fully washable and are steam cleaned between booking.

Owners are requested to collect their cats before 12-00 noon to avoid an extra day charge.
Owners wishing to deliver cats early morning must reserve the night before, collecting late afternoon will be charged the night.
Arrivals are accepted from 1pm, to allow time for cleaning.
At peak times it may be necessary for cats to remain in carrying baskets
for a short time.
